Meet Brianna
Charter Funds is owned and operated by Brianna Risley, a charter school funding and compliance consultant serving schools throughout New York State.
Since 2021, Brianna has supported more than 18 charter schools across New York State in federal funding administration, compliance management, NYSED reporting, and E-Rate services.
In 2021, Brianna entered the charter school funding field through hands-on training in federal grants, budgeting, and compliance. She was later entrusted with an established portfolio of charter school clients and went on to create Charter Funds, building a business focused on personalized service, responsiveness, and long-term partnerships.
Since then, she has expanded services to include E-Rate consulting, NYSED compliance reporting, grant management, and federal funding administration.
Today, Brianna works directly with every school she serves, providing individualized support that larger consulting firms often cannot offer.
As a wife, mother, and business owner, Brianna believes in building trusted relationships and helping schools maximize funding opportunities while maintaining full compliance.

My Story
Charter Funds was founded by Brianna Risley to provide personalized federal funding, compliance, and E-Rate support to charter schools across New York State.
After entering the charter school funding field in 2021 through hands-on training and direct experience, Brianna built strong relationships with school leaders and developed expertise in federal funding administration, compliance monitoring, and NYSED reporting. She later created Charter Funds with a vision of providing schools with responsive, dependable, and individualized support.
Today, Charter Funds serves charter schools throughout New York State while operating from Texas, providing direct access to the owner and a trusted partner dedicated to helping schools maximize funding opportunities and maintain compliance.
